Your instructor
For more than ten years by now, Ursula Thalmammer has been engaged with health and nutrition. Ursula, who actually studied communication at the Salzburg University, decided to become a Yoga instructor in 2003, while travelling through South Africa. Her training started in 2004 in Pushkar, India. Back home in Austria, Ursula attended several further training courses in 2005 in Kitzbühel such as "Day to Day Yoga" and ""Yoga for people over 50".
"From the very first moment I was fascinated by the Asanas and I realised, that practicing Yoga exercises helped to improve my digestion. The positions - the so called Asanas - and training of Pranayama (breathing techniques) contributed to be less tensed which made me stay much calmer in stressful situations. Also, I found it easier to relax after coming home from work and to enjoy leisure time with much more energy."
Since 2005 and ongoing, Ursula has been holding courses in Salzburg, she teaches classic Hatha-Yoga in the tradition of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-Devananda.
